Asymmetric advantage, by design.
Asymmetric Dynamic Industries founds, builds, and operates companies at the intersection of national security, emerging technology, and entrepreneurship — led by practitioners inside the defense and intelligence ecosystem, not commentators on it.
We don't place bets. We build the companies.
A venture studio is an operating discipline, not a portfolio strategy. ADI conceives ventures from a deep read of mission requirements, then stands them up, staffs them, and runs them until they can run themselves.
Operator-led
Built by people who have worked strategic trade, weapons procurement, and intelligence support — translating real requirements into products, not theorizing about them.
Studio, not fund
We originate concepts in-house, contribute capital and operating muscle, and stay through the hard early years where most defense ventures fail.
Outcome-oriented
A fluid culture organized around results rather than process. Teams form around the problem and dissolve when it's solved.
Dual-use edge
Technology with both commercial traction and mission relevance — durable businesses that also matter when it counts.
Ventures built and operated by ADI.
Each company is founded inside the studio and run as an independent operating business across cybersecurity, defense, and autonomous sensing.
Founded and operated by practitioners.
A studio led by operators with decades inside national security, defense, and intelligence — not commentators on it.
Mounir Nsouli
Mounir operates at the intersection of national security, emerging technology, and entrepreneurship — a builder and operator within the defense and intelligence ecosystem rather than a commentator on it. His career spans the U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense weapons procurement contracting, and support to the FBI and Intelligence Community.
Maj. Gen. Randolph J. Staudenraus, USAF (Ret.)
Randolph brings more than 38 years of senior leadership across multinational operations, global security strategy, and large-scale command. His service culminated as Deputy Chief of Operations for a NATO multinational operational headquarters in Europe, integrating operations, intelligence, and assessment across 19 allied nations and leading its transformation toward an agile, threat-focused posture — including operations to protect critical undersea infrastructure. He has served as Senior Defense Official at the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait and as a Pentagon Director of Strategy, Policy, Plans, and International Affairs.
Counsel from across the mission.
